GENERAL

• I reserve the right to deny/refuse any commission without reason.

• You understand that you will be receiving a digital product via e-mail (or main contact provided) and no physical copy will be sent to you.

• You will be given a chance to ask for revisions after a commission is considered completed; if you approve no other changes will be made.

PAYMENT + PRICING

• All payments are made in USD through PAYPAL via INVOICE only.

• Payments must be made in full before I start working on your commission.

• Complex designs may be charged more than the listed price.

• Prices are subject to change at any time.

  • Commissions made before the price change will remain unaffected.

REFUNDS

• There are no refunds once a commission has been completed.

• Full refunds can be made as long as I have not started your commission or I am unable to complete your commission.

USAGE

• Commissioned pieces may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes by the commissioner only.

• Commissioned pieces may NOT be altered, copied, traced, or redistributed for profit.

• I retain full rights to the commissioned piece (the artwork, not the character).

• I reserve the right to display commissioned work on my website(s), social media, blogs, portfolio, or Deviant Art gallery.

  • If you prefer not to have your commission shared, please let me know before you commission me or within your commission request so that I may take that into consideration.
